Why sponsor or partner

A partnership grounded in employment, volunteering and community impact.

  • 01

    Visible social value

Support an event with a clear, measurable public benefit: people finding paid work, volunteering and routes into the sector.

  • 02

    Meaningful sector alignment

Associate your organisation with charities, volunteering and community life in Northern Ireland rather than a generic sponsorship slot.

  • 03

    Employment and volunteering impact

Help organisations fill roles they struggle to recruit for, and help people take a first step into purposeful work.

  • 04

    Community connection

Reach a genuinely mixed audience of jobseekers, students, career changers, volunteers and sector professionals.

Why the Fair matters

An event valued across the sector

Feedback from participating organisations demonstrates the Fair's value not only as a recruitment event, but also as a platform for volunteering, inclusion, organisational visibility, collaboration and stronger connections across the charity sector. These testimonials have been gathered across previous Charity Careers & Volunteer Job Fairs.

  • MACS Supporting Children & Young People logo

This event has come at a really exciting time for our organisation as we continue to grow our housing and community support services. We've met a diverse range of people, from experienced support workers to those recently retired who want to give back through volunteering. Being part of a room full of Third Sector organisations has also opened up opportunities for collaboration and partnership. Charity Jobs NI did a great job promoting the event, and we've really valued the quality of conversations we've had today.

  • Barnardo's Northern Ireland logo

The event has been extremely worthwhile for Barnardo's. We've had great engagement with people keen to understand the wide range of services we deliver and the different career opportunities available across the organisation. Face-to-face conversations have been particularly valuable, especially for individuals who may find it harder to navigate online recruitment. We've also benefited from networking with other charities, and it's been a really effective way to connect people with opportunities that match their skills and interests.

  • PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland logo

Being at the Charity Careers & Volunteer Job Fair has given us the chance to speak with lots of people about our volunteering opportunities and the vital work we do around mental health and suicide prevention. There's been a great energy throughout the day, with people genuinely enthusiastic about moving into the charity sector and making a difference. The event has been very well organised and has allowed for meaningful, face-to-face conversations, which are so important for the work we do.

  • Triangle logo

We've had a really positive experience at the event, with lots of people coming to speak to us about our services and ask questions about what we do. Many attendees weren't previously aware of Triangle, so it's been a great opportunity to raise our profile and explain our reach across multiple locations. We've also spoken with people looking to give back to society after retirement, which has been really encouraging. We would definitely be happy to take part again.
