Northern Ireland’s charity recruitment experts
Charity Jobs NI provides specialist recruitment support for charities, voluntary organisations and community groups across Northern Ireland. From advertising a vacancy and managing wider recruitment campaigns to proactive search, executive recruitment and board appointments, we help organisations reach, assess and appoint the right people.
Our five connected services can be used independently or combined to create the right recruitment approach for your role, candidate market, budget and internal capacity.
Our recruitment services
Choose the level of support your organisation needs. Each service works independently, while several can be combined when a campaign requires greater reach, additional management or proactive candidate search.
01
Advertise your vacancy on Northern Ireland’s specialist charity jobs board and reach candidates actively looking for roles across the charity, voluntary and community sector. Ideal for organisations that want sector-focused reach while managing applications and the wider recruitment process internally.

Extend your vacancy’s reach across Northern Ireland’s leading job platforms while we manage the advertising campaign on your behalf. Depending on the level of support selected, we can develop the advert, coordinate multi-platform advertising, manage candidate communication and support initial screening and shortlisting.

For niche, hard-to-fill, specialist, senior and executive appointments where advertising alone may not reach the right people. We begin with our established candidate bank, then widen the search through focused market research, direct engagement and careful assessment.

Recruit Chairs, trustees, treasurers and board members with the skills, experience and commitment your organisation needs. We help define the board requirement, reach beyond existing networks, engage suitable candidates and support a fair and structured appointment process.

Meet jobseekers, volunteers, students and career changers face-to-face at Northern Ireland’s dedicated Charity Careers & Volunteer Job Fair. Promote paid vacancies, volunteering and trustee opportunities, strengthen your employer profile and build relationships with people interested in working with your organisation.
